1 Designing and launching effective integrity programmes
I support boards, management teams and integrity officers in designing and launching ethics and integrity programmes that are both credible and sustainable.
This includes defining ambition and priorities, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and establishing governance structure that support ethical decision-making. The result is a programme that is practical, visible and aligned with the organisation’s strategy and culture.
2 Strengthening governance and ethical decision-making
I help organisations strengthen their governance framework by integrating ethics and integrity into leadership, oversight and daily operations.
This includes clarifying accountability, ensuring proper handling and follow-up of integrity incidents, creating space to recognise and discuss ethical dilemmas, and positioning integrity as a strategic governance topic within leadership and board discussions.
3 Bringing ethics into daily practice
Ethics becomes meaningful when it is embedded in everyday decisions and behaviour. I support organisations through tailored training and workshops focused on ethical decision-making, leadership behaviour and real-life dilemmas. At the same time I work closely with integrity and compliance teams to address concrete cases and implementation challenges.
Through coaching, knowledge transfer and collaboration, I help integrity teams strengthen their capabilities and become more effective in driving ethical practice.
